Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Times
We ship to customers across India and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- India (domestic): 7–20 business days
- International orders: 15–30 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999 within India.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. The Bright Hub is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@thebrighthub.in and we will investigate with the carrier.
